Terms of Use
These terms apply when you play Tanglaway, the puzzle game by Alyona Din (“we”), on the web or in the iOS and Android apps. By playing you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.
The game
Tanglaway is free to play and shows ads. We may add, change or remove levels and features over time. You may play it for your own personal, non-commercial fun.
Purchases
Optional purchases (such as removing ads or unlocking all levels) will be sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Their terms, prices and refund rules apply, and refunds are handled by them. A purchase is tied to your store account; use Settings → Restore purchases on a new device.
Your progress
Progress is saved only on your device. If you delete the app, clear the browser’s data or lose the device, your progress may be lost, and we cannot bring it back. Purchases can be restored from the store.
Fair play
Please do not copy, sell or redistribute the game or its art, sounds or levels, reverse engineer it, or use it to break the law or harm others.
Ads and other services
Ads come from Google and its partners. We do not control what advertisers show or sell, and links in ads lead to other people’s sites under their own terms.
Who owns what
The game, its name, the Tanglings characters, art and music belong to Alyona Din. Sound effects and open-source software from others are listed, with their licences, in the game’s Credits screen.
No guarantees
We work hard to make the game fun and reliable, but it is provided “as is”, without any warranty, and may sometimes have bugs or be unavailable. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for lost game progress. Nothing in these terms takes away the rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
App Store
If you got Tanglaway from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applies too. Apple is not responsible for the game or its support.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.
